Expected Behavior

Commander ist clear:

noMsgVerbose With this attribute you can control the logging of debug messages from the io device. If set to 3, this messages are logged if device verbose is set to 3 or higher.

Actual Behavior

Usage of 'global' can bei interpreted as global device.
