KeyError: 'CostIndicator' #1

While running the programming, it stopped right after Brain MRI (with contrast) and had a KeyError. I've attached a screenshot of the traceback.

I'll definitely look at that. That particular data frame slice should always have that key. I suspect that the dataframe is empty thus it had no keys at all, but that's guess based off my cursory glance at the screenshot.
