traceroute.zip appears to be corrupted #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download http://iphone-elite.googlecode.com/files/traceroute.zip
2. Try to unzip it
3. Fails with the message: "skipping: usr/local/bin/traceroute  unsupported
compression method 98"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tried downloading and unzipping using the following OSes and utilities:
* Windows XP using WinZip
* RHEL3 using File Roller
* Ubuntu 7.10 using command-line unzip utility
Each utility produces a message along the line of "unsupported compression
method 98"
