After unlocking 1.1.4 (4A102) i can not install BSD Subsystem or any other application #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I am supposed to see "Do not use passwd to change the password on 1.1.3 
(according to the tutorial on clarified). But i got "package download 
failed". 
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using 1.1.4 (4A102) that i unlocked using Ziphone. And in the 
tutorial, i was supposed to install BSD and OpenSSH after the unlocking. 
But i just cannot.

Please provide any additional information below.

 I was following the tutorial on clarified website and i got stucked.
