Thanks for the nudge to update the pkgdown site--probably should set this up as a github action and move the docs to different branch. Not really sure what to do with the tiny figures in the MAIT vignette -- seems like some interaction withBiocStyle::html_document and it doesn't seem like dpi=36 fixes it .

Cheers. I think it's better to use fig.width/fig.height in my experience - tends to transfer better across formats (PDF/HTML/MD).
