NA in logFC #79

A lot of genes have logFC of NA. Is there a reason for this? What does logFC of NA imply? Thanks.

The possible solutions I offered in #76 still apply, but in the meantime I will add another "caveat" to the logFC docs to discuss this (and port this question to support.bioconductor.org)
