Normalization assigns the negative population peak to the positive population in a template under some conditions #4

Testing on the ITN's ICS data, flowStats is assigning the negative population peak in an Unstimulated sample to the positive population peak in a template (after normalization those are lined up.

Need to find a minimal set of samples on which I can reproduce this error and find the root cause.

This was an issue with the bandwidth in the density estimation that was too large.
