Rename flowWorkspace calls #248

flowWorkspace internal cpp functions no longer have a leading period in the name. Removed leading period from all calls to flowWorkspace cpp functions.

This master branch is out of date, now deprecated by devel as default branch, which already has this taken care of. Thank you for your PR though.
