Gamemode broken #25

Gives this error as long as a player is in the server, and everything looks like vanilla gmod, except that I cannot grab stuff. The gamemode is directly put into gamemodes folder untouched with the exception of info.txt changed to basewars.txt . Please look into it or tell me what I did wrong, thanks in advance.

I dont know how to add this to my server I do what it says but it doesnt work can someone add me to help me http://steamcommunity.com/id/lightdistrict/

Just to note this was last updated 5 Years ago so it deader than dead so Garry mod change over the years so code is broken like if this was a person he would have been hang then shot in head chop up in to small parts then throw in a fire then have that fire nuked from orbit
