Reformat README.md #1

Hello,

This PR re-indent the README so it is properly formatted on github (e.g. the links work now).

By the way, we would be interested if you could do a pull request on stable-baselines where you add your project to the documentation (project section) ;)

Yes, I will do so... after I fixed some bugs, I found the last days!

It seems the readme was updated and this PR is not needed anymore. Closing it then.
