Hi, I want to know if it needs R / rstudio under Mac OS or Linux system to run theRHESSysIOinR. Can it run in Windows 10 system?

RHESSys run via RHESSysIOinR can be run on Windows using the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL), along with R (and RStudio if you want). See the instructions attached to get WSL working - it should work with either WSL or WSL2, and RHESSysIOinR should automatically detect if you're on Windows and use WSL if you are.
