What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. having fire PISTOL skill
2. using any weapon
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Well, the skill works with every weapon even with knife or everythig else than 
pistol
I cant disable it (thats what i reported before) or change the maxlevel or 
whatever.
It seems, that i cant disable the visual effects of the skills when i set 
effects to "0"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.8.0
