What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Setting armor

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The armor is meant to regenerate. It only works some times. and this is really 
buggy. We were going to use this because of all the new features. But 
everything is buggy. So we are going back to SourceRPG for now.

Oh yeah. Don't know why. But it also crashes the server after a wile. Nothing 
in logs.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
8.3_stable - windows.

Well the server randomly Stops whyen the plugin is loaded. and most of the 
skills are bugged
