Longjump not working properly #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Buy one level of longjump
2. Longjump as if your longjump lvl is 5

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is a small increase in velocity, but lvl 1 gives a massive 
boost. It's not possible to edit the velocity values in longjump.txt (well it 
is possible to edit, but setting velocity to 0.00001 gives the same result as 
0.05)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
O.8.6_stable
