What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Loading the server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I Just want to use the plugin

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest version on Windows 7

I want to use the plugin but nothing is working please help

Rpgmenu command isn't working.  everything else works fine.  When i look in the 
console it says there is a promblem with line 1063 of modulemanager.inc  Can 
someone please help with this?

На servere Counter-Strike:GO Не могу запустить rpg мод, 
выдает ошибку, подскажите,пожалуйста. На 
Counter-Strike source v77 работает нормально.Сервер 
установлен на windows 8

Got the same error with 0.8.6_stable:
