This isn't a bug. I could not find a forum for adding related information for
this mod.
For now, I've converted the upgrade information to a Google spreadsheet for
easier viewing. I've also added a little bit of additional information, and
reworded some of the upgrade descriptions. I did not add the game settings and
economy settings yet.

The values above are for the abyssgaming.us server, but a similar concept could
be used for the default values. I obtained the values from here.
