(1.2) SP-81 flares get stuck midair #841

The flares don't seem to launch from the SP-81 pistol and are stuck floating in mid-air.

It appears this issue is caused by the ammo prefab being broken; see: https://github.com/RHSMODS/statusquo/issues/839
