This issue applies to the latest RHS (Stable) Dev build 0.9.2924.
{DF24D1DF9B0D8AC6}Prefabs/Characters/Uniforms/VKPO/Undershirt_VKPO_base.et needs the Parent Node From Parent Entity flag on the RplComponent setting to false as people can remove the undershirt from the uniforms if they know what they are doing and can use it to cause client disconnect stalls.
