RHS Dev 0.9.3011 - Prefab Housekeeping #921

There are some housekeeping issues in the latest RHS dev build (0.9.3011).

[x] The TS-30A2 scopes with lens caps have a missing string.

[x] The 6.22 Rush-12 Backpacks need updated preview settings to change the camo on their icon, and strings need to be added for each camo.

[x] The JPC vests need updated preview settings to add the respective camos to the icons.

[x] The JPC and AVS pouch presets need strings added. Currently, they all reuse the PC Gen rifleman string atm.

[x] All of the TV110 pouch presets need strings added. Currently, they all reuse the Taktika string atm.

[x] The AVS EMR pouch preset uses the PC Gen III rifleman string.
