Strobes missing glow for IR mode #964

Certain strobes from RHS that offer a visible flash have a bloomy halo like glow. This 'glow' is not present when the IR (covert) mode is active on any of the strobes. (Looking at videos of strobes under nods, the 'glow' is present irl)

Since I don't know the proper verbiage for the 'glow' I've attached an image of the MS2000 in overt (visible) mode to lessen any possible confusion.

Also forgot to mention, the 'glow' seems to be too large on the MS2000 and PVS-31 battery pack. It can whiteout the users screen in first person https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/a5572c2e-7087-420f-8e2c-9937a5692cf1
