Folding stock issue

The animation for folding a stock seems to be client side only, and the folded state does not show up for other players even if you drop the weapon.

To replicate: go into a multiplayer server -> grab any Russian gun that has a foldable stock -> fold the stock while a friend watches

confirmed although unclear whats causing it. For all intents and purposes it should work.
