Issues with spectrum device #976

The heading at the top of the spectrum device screen does not match up with the in-game heading, for example it gives a completely different value compared to the heading on the CSI mod or any other HUD based mods that have a heading.

There appears to be no noise/interference for Xbox users, here I have included an image of what it looks like for PC and Xbox. Media 1 is a PC users perspective and Media 2 is a Xbox users perspective. As you can see there is no noise/interference on the spectrum devices screen for the Xbox user.

As of today's stable update, there still appears to not be any noise/interference for Xbox users.
