UART/IO Pins #57

Hello, I'm looking for confirmation as to which pins correspond to the I/O pins.

From reading the schematic, Page 9, it seems like they should be

VCC: I/O 0: H5 I/O 1: J5 I/O 2: J2 I/O 3: K2 GND:

With VCC at the top if one is looking at the board with the I/O bank above the JTAG bank.

Are these pins correct? If so, does it matter which is used for UART transmit/receive? Or can any pin be used for any purpose, either input and output?

These settings appear to be correct. Using the above pins in my constraints file produces the desired output. Closing.
