rhc-worker-playbook is not available in RHEL10 yet and thus to workaround it, in lib/ansible.py there's TODO: with condition to not skip rhc-worker-playbook and install modules via ansible-galaxy (introduced in https://github.com/RHSecurityCompliance/contest/pull/203).
Remove the condition when rhc-worker-playbook is availalbe in RHEL10 composes.
