Fix PCB design for IPS/TFT displays #20

PCB will act as a joining point for the two IPS displays for easy connection to the ESP board. PCB will also act as a mechanical backing to join the displays to the headset itself

v1.0 - Initial PCB printed. Current learnt lessons - ribbon cable mounting point is incorrectly sized so will need a redesign. Track widths are too small for inhouse construction and may lead to electrical connection issues, will increase track width next revision.
