Here is a short list of indicators that I use, and missing from the file indicator_data.csv:

• farm_diversity: number of different crop and livestock species. I have seen the functions crop_diversity() and livestock_diversity() but I will add more specific comments on that in a separate thread.
• crop_yield and lstk_yield: indicators of 'farm productivity', calculated by converting all production to kcal (we could argue to keep kg instead) and dividing by land cultivated and herd size.
• perc_sold_kg: percentage of the farm production (in kg) being sold, indicator of the 'farm orientation'
• income_diversity: number of sources of income (farm and off farm)

These indicators came from my interpretation of the indicators listed in the Table 2 of Hammond, J., van Wijk, M., Teufel, N., Mekonnen, K., & Thorne, P. (2021). Assessing smallholder sustainable intensification in the Ethiopian highlands. Agricultural Systems, 194, 103266.

PS: I am working on GHG emissions, I will let you know when I have a running code.
