Ports need to reload sometimes in Foxglove #627

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run the docker compose file with foxglove
  2. The port in the control panel does not match the foxglove extension, so it needs to be reloaded with the correct port.

Expected behavior Foxglove should use the correct port and display the config panel at start up.

This is apparently fixed in a new commit. Closing the issue
