bootstrap.sh doesn't create softlink to libnethogs #30

In the bootstrap.sh the libnethog is pulled from the master. Which means that the softlink creation doesn’t work anymore, because the name of the output file (libnethogs.so.{version-something}) was changed.

Nethogs building is now done in riaps-externals (RIAPS/riaps-externals PR #11) and was removed from the VM setup (#32).
