Let's remove the riapsdsmlplugin.tar.gz from the Jenkins deployment. This file is hosted on the riaps website and will be pulled from there when setting it up in eclipse (unless we go another way later).

We should remove riapsdsmlplugin.tar.gz from the Travis also so that we can remove it from the version.sh file.

Also, is the test/scripts/run_component_tests.py now deprecated (was used in the previous Jenkins testing effort)? If so, let's remove it.

This isn't quite ready to merge. I need Jenkins to verify my changes to the Jenkinsfile, but Jenkins' Github credentials have stopped working.
