Update hosts #10

This adds functionality for specifying which versions of RIAPS to test. The version can be either specified by branch name or tag name. The deb packages will be pulled from Jenkins if they are available. Older versions aren't available on Jenkins, so it will also try to find them on GitHub.

To be resolved before merging:

[x] Hard coding of commit on riaps-pycom to certain fabfile version
[x] Figure out why tests are failing despite successful package installation

This is now ready to be merged. It's only failing because there's something wrong with the Request Reply test.
