[Tracking] Pending radio drivers #13494

There are currently a couple of open PRs for new radio drivers or reworks of existing drivers. These PRs are often quite big, so let's share the work and try to review each other's drivers.

If wanted, the review for #13295 can be delayed, I'm reworking the internals to get rid of external packages.
