slides: add crash-course slides #1

This PR adds slides for a small RIOT crash-course introduction. It uses an adapted subset of 01-introduction to give an overview of RIOT. It then goes through a small overview of the tutorial setup (similar to tutorial-summit) and finally links up with 02-getting-started

Future improvements (not for this PR):

All Images could be stocked in the folder
Have different version of introduction, varied length.
Have a tutorial-overview when using temporary Iot-lab account which can be used by many variants of the tutorial.
