403 error on https://doc.riot-os.org #116

Apologies if this is not the right repository to report this, as I coudn't find something specific for the docs pages.

Essentially, going to https://doc.riot-os.org throws a 403 error:

Thanks for the reported issue. We're aware that the online documentation is currently offline and unfortunately we can't give any timeline for when it is back online.

In the mean time in case you're not aware you can generate the documentation locally by running:

make doc

in the RIOT source tree and opening the generated html in doc/doxygen/html/index.html.
