RFC: social: remove twitter link #118

We tombstoned our twitter profile so it probably doesn't make much sense anymore to link to it. Longterm (or maybe even in this PR, that's why it's still WIP) we also should think about an alternative to the twitter feed under the “On the shoulders of a grassroots community” headline.

(https://www.mastofeed.com/ looks like a candidate as we can self-host that, even if it may need some more tuning to not leak requests to 3rd party CDNs; https://www.ii.com/embedding-mastodon-timelines/ is a good overview page on the topic in general.)

Definitely something we should look into, but not interested in setting this up at the moment.

Shall we just go with removing the link for now?

@bergzand promised this morning to work on the timeline issue and I already saw some promising (though not yet presentable) results! So let's go with this step for now.
