Could you tell if the password for the User has recently changed ? If so and you'd want to submit un-submitted orders ,we'll ask for the local data base from the Rep's iPad. From Pepperi's home screen >> Cog-wheel icon (settings) >> support tools >> Send Data Base to support >> insert Helpdesk@pepperi.com as a recipient >> send.
Let us know once it's done and we'll proceed.
we tried to submit this order in pepperi today - see attached but it's not working - it is only locally submitted; perhaps pepperi is now too busy with reorders...
could you please reserve the goods for us?
