An issue regarding the order type of the order transaction type
For example look at this submitted order 22419864 for the customer 19251
agent A7
The order type selected in the IPAD is: REASSORT / REORDER
When we look at the pDF, we cannot see any order type
And in our ERP this order is integrated as a PRESEASON : PREBOOK order....
by default I assume
Apparently all our reorders are not integrated with the right order
type....
It is causing a big big mess as all the discount and allocation process
are based on this field our side
Maybe a setting has beeb dropped off in the back office with the new
version...
