Dashboard account summaries fix #105

Accounts summaries in Dashboard now shows real data from database stored transactions (contributes to #104)
Improved demo data algo.
Modified value field in bankAccount table to "starting_value".

TODO: Recurring transactions are not handled yet

Seems all good to me, we can merge if we won't make the update for the recurring transaction in the near future.

working with recurring transactions turned out to be more complicated than expected... we neglected them a bit till now. But I'm working on it, will open a new PR. Thank you both
