Main changes:

Added selectMonthlyBudgetsStats method to retrieve data for the current month
Extracted the widget for displaying active budget statistics: a scrollable row with a circular indicator for each active budget.
Introduced BudgetStats class to better organize and manage budget-related data.

Minor fixes (Budget page):

Resolved unintentional rounding issue on the budget page.
Corrected the display of the selected currency, which was previously inaccurate.
