remove arrow parts from documentation since it's deprecated nowdays #57

Florian found out that there was a mismatch between setup.py and docs about arrow. It seems we don't use arrow anymore (changeslog mentions also that we dropped usage), so I remove it from the docs to avoid confusion.

By the way, can you add ReadTheDocs integration to the Sagan repo? I don't have permissions to do that, so this merge won't automatically rebuild the Sagan docs without it.

Okay I added Sagan to readthedocs.

hm I don't really like the domain we got though. http://ripeatlassagan.readthedocs.org/en/latest/ But probably is because repo is called ripe.atlas.sagan instead of ripe-atlas-sagan, and I am not sure we can do anything about it now.

Actually, I think it's probably because ripe-atlas-sagan already exists. I created it a few weeks ago when I was experimenting with rtfd in preparation for Magellan's docs. I'm sorry, but I thought I'd already added you on that one (especially since you mentioned it in another ticket). I've just added you as a maintainer on that account, so I suppose you can safely delete the ripeatlassagn one and just re-point GitHub to the correct one?
