Support for vector choices #16

The current release of CPACS3 supportes choices with maxOccurs > 1, meaning the choice can occur multiple times. This is not yet supported.

The same problem occurs with vector sequences or optional sequences/choices/alls. However, except the vector choices non of these features are currently required by TiGL.
