Structures - Finalize and optimize bulkhead design

Optimize bulkhead (4 spar) for highest strain in relevant areas while maintaining adequate FoS.

UPDATE:

Forward Bulkhead (In the fusion folder currently labeled "Katie's Bulkhead") -membrane reduced to 0.035in

• fillets reduced to 1/16in
• charge cap thru holes added
• FoS with snatch force (730lbf) is about 2.4
• FoS with pressure is about 3.4

Need to look into having the spars on a curve. Aft Bulkhead (in fusion folder as "Aft Bulkhead") -changed from five spars to four -decreased fillets -decreased membrane to .035in -FoS with snatch force that Donovan calculated (400lbf) is about 2.4

UPDATE: Summarizing notes from meeting with Humphrey and EW below...

• Level of strain expected is measurable
• Increasing strain without decreasing FoS not really feasible, look into an Alu. alloy that is less stiff with a higher yield strength.
• New alloy should have an ultimate strength >> yield strength for buffer room. i.e. not brittle
• Using new alloy, make bars thinner for more strain / less stiff
• tension setup concepts look good
