Design a fixture for the bulkhead to mount to compression testing machine
UPDATE: We have a design, but it needs to be CAD'd.
UPDATE 2: We are waiting for the meeting with Humphrey (see external action item for Yev) to redesign our tensile testing fixture into a compression testing fixture. We will proceed with all testing through Humphrey's lab in order to build that relationship and get more swipe access.
