Structures - Create Boat Tail Test Fixture

Action item: Create a test fixture for the boat tail to conduct compression testing, so we can do analysis.

UPDATE:

• Boat tail for testing will be a separate print without fin support structure slots cut.
• Combine with tube testing fixture(?) Both designs should essentially be a plate with rings to brace the end of the tube / boat tail.
