Major refactoring and documentation overhaul

• No longer using Tick function for movement, now using delegates; callback for UE.
• Documentation follows the same format everywhere.
• Documented hard-to-understand code lines.
• Add: latency checking possibility; only in development environment.
• Imports now following standard UE practice.

The callback should not provide any notable performance improvements, but will decrease load when no face is detected.
