Add user-friendly error pages for mission resource redirects #107

Right now a failed mission redirect generates a plain text error page. Instead, generate a formatted page that includes the error message, links that do exist, and an option for admins to add missing links.

A bad URL for a mission with all non-legacy resources: image

A good URL for a resource a mission does not have: image

Special missions will not suggest presentations or live streams might be added: image

Those links will only appear if the Bridge Crew chooses to add them: image
