Rename “Current student?” checkbox #68

The checkbox should convey that it is for members who are actively involved in STAR OR current students (i.e. includes alumni/UofR students/MCC students/people in the area who are still actively involved).

Change text to “Active member?”

Description: “Current student, Rochester resident, or other active STAR presence”
