Determine ownership of project copyright #2

Is the copyright held by an individual or the club? If it is an individual, who is it?

@Serubin @jflory7 So it will be held by the club as a whole unless otherwise noted. Where should that be denoted?

The project is under a ritlug repo so that should be fine. Just make sure the license is present.
