Update of the Get Involved Page

Purpose

We wanted to update the get involved page so that it was easier to look at and digestible. The goal of this update is to emphasize what people can do for the club.

What's left to do

• We need to decide on where certain things should link to from this page. For example, where should the more information from the give a talk button link to. We haven't written any documentation on this yet. Should it be in the run book? Separate page?
• We are publicizing our calendar functionality for the first time on this page so we may want to populate our calendar before this is merged. (Issue #176 )
• I am notorious for comical spelling mistakes so, read this at least 3 times.
• We will probably want to add/remove stuff to the projects and events lists as we create more content for the committees.

Things for Clarification

• I removed the link to our telegram on the chat list, I believe we were "no longer publicizing that".
• I also removed the link to google groups since we were deprecating that. We may have to revise once we decide on what mailing list we should use for the public.
• What are opinions on the general meeting action card on the very top? Is it redundant to information on other pages?

@jrtechs yeah, where the list group is part of the card.

My thought was that the card would have the heading (e.g. committee name), the body would be the text description, and then below would be links to pages such as the events calendar, projects, etc.

Based on @ct-martin's feedback I updated the page to look like this. I want to add some color to this page but, don't quite know where to put it -- possibly future header images for committee cards.

Also, what do you guys think that the links on the current cards should be? For giving a talk should we give a link to a custom issue template on our GitHub? Should we write docs and link to how to participate in a project?

This is the updated render of the get involved page. I think that we should push this for now and add more content once the committees have been solidified this semester.
