Proposal: Remove "Fork me on Github Banner" #305

Personally I don't think we need to be adverting that we use Github on every page of our website. I think we should remove the banner. We already our Github linked on the front page of our website.

Banner is no longer present, do not know exactly when it was removed but I'll consider this as complete.
