Since we are usually never in the Gordon field house, I think it's safe to set a due date for this for March 20th, and not Feb 09.
Projects:
In order to move forward with making a proposal, we need to figure out how we want to describe our exhibit.
Below is a very rough draft of what to write.
The RIT Linux Users Group (RITlug) is a student-led organization to promote and teach students about Linux & open source.
This exhibit will be demonstrating projects based around, or using, Linux as its operating system.
At a previous planning meeting we discussed using "to contribute to and engage students in" instead of "promote and teach" as it sounds more inclusive and less talk-oriented. This would be a good time to roll out the change and update the website; it's been on my list for a while but I never got around to it.
Also, h/t to @jrtechs for the new language
